• Managing schedules of the MD, such as meetings, business trips and his daily activities inside the office.
• Provides overall clerical and administrative support to the MD.
• Assist department managers for any inquiry and request and obtaining approval from the MD.
• Handling office meeting schedules, training, seminars and other business activities. Preparing agendas, arranging the venue and requirements such as food, equipment/devices and stationery needs. Taking minutes if required.
