 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
 Continuously checking and monitor the computer systems and networks.
 Provide support internally to the company’s employees and staffs.
 Set up new users and employees as business takes on.
 Testing out and evaluate any new technology that may be useful.
 Fixing any hardware or software issues.
 Repairing and replacing IT related equipment as necessary.
 Making system updates ensuring all software is updated.
 Performing regular maintenance checks in all IT related equipment.
 Working on a number of different cases/issues simultaneously and prioritizing.
 Maintaining databases and ensuring system security policies in adherence to the ADHICS standards and requirements.
 Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.

 Manage site project works in electrical cabling under the Route 2020 Dubai Expo Metro Project.
 Implementing work schedules for the technicians and labors.
 Handles the site works such as cable tray installation, cable pulling, cable termination and testing.
 Helping technicians in hands-on work as per the need arises.
 Inspecting and assessing the work done by the technicians.
 Reading and interpreting design to ensure the proper
installation of cables and termination points.
 Arranging materials and tools needed in site.
 Consulting with builders, engineers and other workers on-site.
 Reporting to Project Manager for the work progress and site concerns.
 Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Installs and configure DSL/FTTH line to subscribers (splicing
cables, modem, routers, telephone).
* Maintains ISP equipment indoor and outdoor (Terminal
Cabinet, Distribution Point, Network Access Point, ONU).
* Working on service orders assigned (Installation/Repair).
