1. Medical Commission Portal
Baladiya Health Certiϐicates
1. Tracker Maintenance: Keeping a tracker for all employees (3000+) requiring certification from the Qatar Medical
Commission.
2. Facilitating Renewals and New Certificates:
Renewing Health Certificates for active employees.
 Issuing new Health Certificates for incoming employees and those transferring from retail to F&B.
Managing the online registration of employees with the Qatar Medical Commission portal.
Handling payment for all registered employees via corporate credit card.
 Scheduling recertification appointments two months before the expiry of old certificates.
 Sending email notifications to concerned brands regarding employees' medical appointment dates and
times.
Preparing necessary documents for employees' recertification medical exams.
3. Monitoring and Follow-up:
Monitoring the Qatar Medical Commission portal for medical results and updates.
Tracking SMS updates linked to the corporate mobile from the Medical Commission.
Coordinating with company PRO to check for updates if results are not received within 3 to 5 days.
Liaising with Rumaillah or Hamad Hospital for further testing if required.
Ensuring final reports from Rumaillah or Hamad Hospital are submitted to the Medical Commission for
certificate renewal.
4. Documentation and Communication:
Downloading renewed Health Certificates from the portal and distributing soft copies to all brands for
record-keeping.
Generating reports as requested by line managers.
Creating statements for recertification expenses.
This process ensures compliance with health regulations and facilitates smooth operations for employees in the
F&B sector regarding their medical certifications. It involves thorough coordination between various stakeholders
and adherence to timelines to ensure timely renewals and issuance of certificates.
2. Qatar Ministry of Interior Portal
1. Tracker Maintenance:
Keeping track of various processes for employees:
QID Renewal: Ensuring renewal is initiated two months before expiry as per company policy.
QID Passport Detail Update: Updating passport details on QID as requested or based on expired passport
details.
QID Cancellation: Cancelling QIDs for resigned or terminated staff leaving the country.
Visa Payment: Processing payments for new recruits from overseas.
Transfer Payment: Processing payments for employees transferring from another company within Qatar.
QID Reactivation Payment: Reactivating QIDs for overseas new joiners with previous QIDs.
2. Reporting:
Generating weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested by line managers based on required data.
3. Expense Reporting:
Generating daily expense reports and statements for submission to finance to ensure account replenishment.
4. Coordination:
Coordinating with company PRO regarding any issues or rejections from processes.
Assisting with rectifying issues by liaising with immigration offices or accompanying employees to government
agencies to resolve problems.
5. Communication:
Sending emails to inform relevant parties (brands) when QID processes are completed successfully, and
documents are ready for collection at the Head Office.
6. Head Office Related
Ranges from answer call from the brand of employees themselves about any inquiries they may have and tries to
provide them the most accurate info that will help then with their concerns.
Employees coming to Head Office itself to get more info and answers with their issues and tries to direct them with
the proper support people that will help them the best.

Maintaining a database of candidates provided by various agencies from different countries.

obtained.
6. Travel Arrangements:
Making ticket bookings for selected candidates through overseas agencies.
Coordinating with the company PRO and driver for airport pick-ups upon candidates' arrival.
7. Onboarding and Deployment:
Bringing candidates to the head office for final briefings from the manager before deploying them to the
company's clients.
8. Administrative Tasks:
Preparing statements, invoices, credit notes, etc., and coordinating with the company messenger for proper
delivery.
My role involves managing various aspects of the recruitment process, from initial communication with
clients and agencies to final deployment and administrative tasks. It requires effective coordination,
organization, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
