Bupa Arabia SPOC for Global Brand Development
o Represent Bupa Arabia as the central point of contact with Bupa Global to be fully aligned and updated on the current Brand Development from Global Brand.
o Ensure that Bupa Arabia complies and abides with all the latest branding guidelines in every activity and/or circumstance as a company.
o Periodically reporting to the Brand Steering Committee on Bupa Arabia’s brand execution and development.
Branding Strategy and Audit
o Develop, manage and ensure proper roll-out and distribution of Bupa’s Visual Identity across all touch-points (Internal, external, processes and systems) through proper communication and relevant workshops with all cross-functional stakeholders, third-party agencies, and business partners.
o Ensure branding audit across the organization are conducted to ensure full compliance with the Brand Standards
o Address and support cross-functional branding and creative requirements within the organization
Manage all artwork & creative development
o Manage overall team artwork & creative development and requirement by ensuring high quality output and timely delivery, achieving high customer satisfaction.
Processes, Policies & SLA
o Develop branding processes, policies and SLAs to achieve the most efficient project delivery through proper traffic management, process approval and asset management
Manage budget
o Manage and work within the confines of set AOP budget accordingly on any required branding production and execution, maintenance, branding operations annual licenses and fees.
o Ensure best quality with the best value for money is always achieved, in compliance with Procurement Policies and procedures
Highlights & Achievements:
• Launched and branded Rahatkom on 17 hospitals within Aramco Liaison offices for Bupa - Aramco members in the Western Region (2018)
• Launched Bupa Arabia’s New Brand Proposition (2017)
• Created and launched a new brand for Bupa Arabia’s services inside top KSA hospitals: Rahatkom (2017)
• Revamped Bupa’s new Visual Identity, in collaboration with Global Brand, and launched across KSA Business unit (2016)

• Creation of artworks from concept development to production/implementation on both print and digital, covering above-the-line, below-the-line, and through-the-line
