Assisting in development of various Software like Preparing reports like production, sales & invoice, stock inventory of finished & half finished goods, stores inventory report, MIS report, etc. Responsible for handling Accounts Package, data entry, Reports generating like Trial balance, Balance Sheets, Account receivable, & payable etc. Responsible for salary & overtime statement preparations. Responsible for modification in the existing programs & development of new programs as & when required by the Management.
Responsible for various physical & electrical testing of the BOPP samples & finished product (from 6 micron to 25 micron thickness) like thickness by micrometer & by weight method, break down voltage, heat shrinkage, microscopic structure, tensile strength, elongation in percentage, oil impregnation test, volume resistivity, pinhole testing, gauge band, wrinkles, ripples, edge cutting, clarity of the film, winding pressure, core strength & quality, corrugated box strength & quality, end caps strength & quality, quality of packing of finished products, quality of raw material used for production, etc. Arranging customers for inspection of the lots according to their material orders & also visiting the customers in case of any complaints regarding the quality of the product. Responsible for back feeding the production department to control the parameters of the process in case of any non-standard quality of the product found during testing of the samples. Assisting in production & planning according to the priority of the material required by the customers. Analysing production quality & sales on monthly basis for improving the sales & quality of the product. Coordinating with the sales department.
