• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and prepare comprehensive Functional Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to capture all business requirements.

• Organize necessary workshops with suppliers to ensure they fully comprehend the requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure the completion of validation processes.

• Analyze the supplier-provided Impact Assessment (IA) documents, which detail various stages until changes are deployed in production. Challenge the IA when necessary, considering both functional and cost perspectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to obtain the appropriate approvals to initiate development with suppliers.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to conduct UAT, secure proper approvals, and facilitate the deployment of changes to production.

Lead Master Data Analyst: (Growth Project)

• Played a pivotal role in the rollout and implementation of MDG and MDM frameworks. Led the design and governance of Material Master, Vendor Master, and BOM data domains. Ensured global data consistency and compliance with SOPs across business units.

• Worked as data lead at end-to-end data migration activities for both master data and transactional data. Utilized tools like LSMW and Winshuttle to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conducted data profiling, cleansing, and validation to support go-live readiness.

• As an Analyst, I participated in IAT and UAT to test the changes with vendors to proceed the prod move.

• Complete the user story within the provided SLA using the internal application called Octane.

• Acted as the SME for Purchase Order Types,  Material Types, and Valuation Classes. Led workshops with procurement and finance teams to gather and validate critical business requirements.
• Authored comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) used for vendor evaluations and solution design. Ensured alignment between business needs and SAP MM configuration.
• Worked extensively with SAP MM, including Purchasing,  Inventory Management, and Valuation. Supported integration with SAP FI and SAP SD modules.
• Proposed and implemented SAP MM configuration solutions tailored client-specific procurement processes. Ensured all configurations adhered to global standards and local compliance requirements.
• Applied SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies to deliver key project milestones. Contributed to blueprinting, realization, testing, and deployment phases.
