•Ensure proper day-to-day operation of directly operated retail stores
•Conduct analysis of product trends and P.O.S. potential to ensure adequate and appropriate stock levels
•Performance management of team members, including coaching, recognition, disciplinary action and performance evaluations
•Conduct regular meetings (individual and group) with area team members to establish goals, review performance and provide organized communications
•Partner with the Regional Manager to provide vision and leadership that result in exceptional performance of the area’s team members and businesses

•Manage the unit’s Operating and Capital budget
•Engage the Maintenance team in Visual Management and 5S improvement efforts to improve work management and efficiencies
•Develops and manages an annual marketing plan and oversees the development and management of annual branch marketing plans for the cluster
•Take all actions necessary to achieve sales objectives, and define best corrective actions (both short term and long term
•Collaborate with Communications Department in special events to enhance the brand image and sales
•Develop operation standard in accordance with Corporate guidelines to ensure consistency with overall image and service standard of the bran. P
•Partnering with Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to identify operational gaps, risks, and execute development/improvement plans.
