As a Tech Lead, I was responsible for managing a team of 4 frontend devs, like mentoring, reviewing pull requests and designing technical solutions, also simultaneously I was a regular developer in one of the product team so I was very close to the code and implementing designed solutions, we were working with pure Agile methodology with sprints, sprint reviews, retros and other artifacts

As a Frontend developer in Alfa Bank, my main responsibility is to handle the complex business logic of few modules in internet banking for companies, I manage frontends of international payments and such related topics, that help out clients to interact with foreign banks. I use React, Redux, Redux-Saga, Redux-Thunk, PostCSS, also a bit of ExpressJS to manage the API Gateway because we have micro frontends. I have built few projects from scratch and also I support some legacy projects. I made significant changes to the project's architecture to make code between micro frontend more reusable, via creating libraries and share them between projects using npm and Lerna for monorepo, introduced mandatory unit test coverage for shared utilities and libraries, integration tests for shared redux stores and shared components, that increased the stability of all our system and gave us the ability to catch bugs at the building stage.
With my team, we work in Agile Methodology to deliver our clients new features every 2 weeks and get regular feedback from our clients.

Dogovor24 is a startup that aims to help small and mid-size companies manage their law documents and contracts by creating documents from already existing templates and customize them for a specific company, and also clients can solve their legal issues and question via outsourcing lawyers using a special platform. As a frontend developer, I fully implemented complex interfaces of a few company projects:
Amicus CRM - CRM we build from scratch for the company, to give the ability to manage call center effectively, tech stack was Laravel on the backend, VueJS on the frontend to built the complex business logic, styles were made with CSS, and I used Webpack to build the project.
Lawyer System - it's a system for real-time processing of law-related questions that users sent through varied forms in a main website and lendings, I used Angular 2+ to built a frontend business logic, WebSockets for real-time tickets update and processing, SCSS for styles, and built-in Angular Webpack configuration to built the application.
Documents Constructor - it's a constructor to create law documents and contracts from scratch or extend from existed docs and templates, and customize them for specific client requirements. I used VueJS with TS to made business logic, Vuex to manage the state of the application, SCSS for styles.
I also made a custom boilerplate for NuxtJS customized for our company, added TS support, a self-made component system for UI, and a small cli application to simplify the process of creation components, views, state and other modules.

Alto Com Ltd was a consultant company that aims small and mid-size business to build and support their IT and e-commerce infrastructure, as a frontend developer my key responsibilities were to build and support websites, landing and SPA's for our clients, I implemented complex business logic of applications with AngularJS and BackboneJS(In some legacy products), made styles with scss and bootstrap, and bundled them together with Gulp, I also had a great collaboration with my team consisted of backend developers, designer, and project manager, to made our client's businesses prosper.

In 2015 Transportila was a small but very innovative startup that aimed to build transparent and reliable interaction between logistical companies and truck drivers freelancers, as a frontend developer my key responsibility was to build a Single Page Application with complex business logic and smooth UI in close cooperation with UI designers and backend developers. The Application heavily relied on maps and real-time interaction, so I used Google Maps API and WebSockets in couple with AngularJS framework to deliver logistical companies ability to find truck drivers for their orders more quickly, watch truck drivers location in real-time, verify truck drivers routes through certain points, and verify the fact of receiving the order from both customer and executor.
