During my university studies, I led a project focused on enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities within public systems and facilities in Minsk. Our initiative aimed to identify shortcomings in existing infrastructure and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. We were also conducting interviews with people with disabilities to gain firsthand insights into their challenges. Through meticulous research and analysis, we compiled a comprehensive report detailing our findings and suggested enhancements. This report was subsequently presented to local authorities, accompanied by budget estimates for the implementation of accessibility measures. Our efforts underscored a commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility while honing my skills in project management and research.
