Work as an supervisor in the EPC contractor on the large project AGPP (Amurskiy gas processing plant).
Svobodniy city, owner is Gazprom.
My duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the implementation and coordination of piping construction work processes as per the
lasted AFC drawings, specifications, project policies and procedures, site instructions, working practices
and international standards.
• Checking and supervision of fabrication of piping items and piping supports at workshop.
• Planning piping construction.
• Assistance in the preparing of the test packs and further execute of hydro and pneumatic pressure tests,
leak tests, blowing, flushing and reinstatement of the pipelines.
• Ensure to proper performance of the welding works, Post Weld Heat Treatment and NDT activity.
• Ensure that subcontractor’s performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost,
and coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect any deviations.
• Issuing NCR or any other type of defective report if required.
• Providing solutions to subcontractor’s problems in order to achieve the successful execution of the project.
• Responsible for Material Take Off. Ensuring that the material handed over to the Subcontractor is
controlled, preserved and issued for the intended purpose.
• Ensure that the workforce maintain a high standard of productivity.
• Ensure that subcontractors comply with all the HSE procedures and standards, site regulations and
Customer requirements.
• Raising applicable Permit to Work in order to complete work scope in a controlled and safe manner.
• Monitoring daily construction details and daily progress and preparing reports and forecasts relating to
construction progress, job manpower forecasts etc.
• Participate in the piping QC Inspections, line walk downs, develops punch lists and monitors the
completion of punch items.
• Helping and resolving in the any subcontractor’s issues.
• Coordinating related sections - QC, Painting and insulating Supervisors, Scaffolding team, Steel Structure
team, Electrical team, technical office and other.
• Prepare necessary documents such as JCS, SI as and when required for all additional work requirements.
• Ensure site housekeeping are well maintained.
• Handover of pipeline systems to the commissioning department.

Achievements
Significantly improved the internal management structure of the company, as well as the structure of the
organization of construction production. This allowed the maximum use of the company's resources,
improve the quality of work and reduce the time for their implementation. The changes affected the
departments directly related to the production of construction works. It include construction department,
the procurement department, department of incoming control, warehouse team, QC department, ABD
department and NDT team.

Ammonia production plant in city of Velikii Novgorod for the ouner JSC "Akron" company ( August 2014 -
March 2016, 1 year 8 months)
Organization, control and full support of the following objects:
1. Complex installation of the reforming furnace.
2. Reconstruction and restoration of large devices of chemical production.
4. Installation and welding of process pipelines and high-pressure steam pipelines (operating pressure up to
350 kgf/cm2) made of multicomponent steels, including high-alloyed ones, which include chromium,
molybdenum, nickel, titanium, vanadium. The work was carried out with the use of concurrent heating, and
post weld heat treatment. Pipe diameters vary from 10 to 900 mm, pipe wall thickness from 2 to 60 mm.
5. Dismantling/installation of large-weight and large-size equipment up to 130 meters high, weighing up to
100 tons. It was carried out with two-cranes operation with capacity of per 750 tons.
6. Installation, alignment and commissioning of process pumps.
Achievements.
1. Implementation of the use of modern devices and technologies to improve the quality of construction
works, as well as increase their speed.
The use of argon arc welding, manual arc welding, semi-automatic welding. Application of gas and plasma
cutting. Using the most advanced auxiliary construction devices - hydraulic lift jacks, electric winch, electric
deburring tool, electro- magnetic cutters, centralizers, etc.
2. The work was completed on time.
3. There were up to 200 people in submission.
Plant of mineral fertilizers production for “AZOT” owner, in Kuzbass (July 2013 — July 2014, 1 year 1
month).
Preparation and development of documentation (permitting, operating, installing and as-built
documentation) for installation of the pipelines and equipments.
Achievements.
1. Developed the programm of construction work for installation of HWS and HWR pipelines on the
OVERPASS. It would anable to increase fivefold the estimate cost of works.
2. Executed and presented 32 units of equipment and more than a hundred lines of process pipelines.

Foreman (process pipelines) at JSC «Koksochimmontazh-Kemerovo»

Position - Foreman
Construction of two processing plants "Cascade-1" and "Cascade-2"in the village of Karakan, Kemerovo
region, Belovsky district on the coal mine "Vinogradsky" (January 2012 — June 2013, 1 year 6 months).
Works performed:
1. Assembly, installation and commissioning of bridge cranes (5 pieces, capacity 32 tons, span width 24
meters and height 38 meters.
2. Installation and commissioning of conveyors up to 100 meters long, including an inclined gallery, up to 20
meters high.
3. Installation and commissioning of equipment (screens, centrifuges, separators, pumps)
4. Installation and tests of process pipelines.
5. Installation of metal structures, sandwich panels.
6. Painting and Insulation works (pipiline, equipment, steel construction)
Progress.
1. Made an exact calculation of the selection of the crane for installation of bridge cranes and development
of the programm of work performance for it.
2. The site of 120 workers (welders and installers) showed a high level of efficiency, which had a positive
impact on the economy of the project.
Position - Foreman
Construction of the first phase of Yaya oil refinery, Yaya, Kemerovo oblast (July 2011 — January 2012, 7
months).
Objects - overpass loading / unloading of petroleum products, flare facility.
Works performed:
1. Installation of metal structures
2. Installation and commissioning of equipment
3. Installation and tests of process pipelines
Progress:
In submission werea about 40 people. The works were completed on time.
