Working as a business analyst/project lead/solution architect
Was part of the HRMS application upgrade project from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9
Analyzing the business processes, streamlining & automating the HR business processes
Conducting workshops with the business stake holders, finding the gaps & new requirements
Defining project scope & deliverables based on the requirements & managing the projects
Planning, scheduling & tracking projects deliverables & milestones
Work collaboratively with internal & external teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Working on phase 2 Integration with OTL and Cerner system
Enabled successfully the new custom performance appraisal function
Managing HR Systems & its Automation, proposing solutions to the new business requirements and implementing
Supporting business on developing SOP's & process flows of HR
Designing future process flows for self-service
Leading a team & coordination with stake holders for smooth project deliverables
Coordinate with respective business users/stake holders to get acceptance / sign of for the solutions provided & the project progress
Based on the business requirements, submit business cases to Portfolio team, follow-up & get it approved
Initiate Change Management process and get CR approval to deploy solution in PROD
Prepare BP 080 - Future Process Flow documents as per the requirements
