-Maintain and update cash flows for the major currencies on a daily basis.
-Review and authorize deal tickets on a daily basis.
-Maintain payments received from other departments (CPD / L/C's / Branches/ TROPS) in the bank and provide funds in the respective Nostro banks to be covered by FX dealers.
-Maintain Nostros balances accurately and submit to dealers to cover shortfalls in currencies.
-Advice and mediate between dealing room and treasury operations on risk issues to FX and MM deals.
-Monitor and control Market to Market of FX forwards and swaps (On Balance Sheet).
-Compliance of CBK reports and provide interpretation.
-Reconcile all deals done during the day with their respective blotters and trading / dealing platforms. Any discrepancies are communicated with the managers.
-Co-ordinate with various groups within the Admin. and Finance Directorate to ensure that the tasks assigned to my team are completed without discrepancies.
-Responsible for organizing and executing core process activities for the Admin. and Finance Directorate such as:
-Analyzing the Action Plan and Strategy Map.
-Balance Scorecard (BSC) - Review all targets provided by groups and draft the BSC as per KOC guidelines.
-Prepare SMAIP (Senior Management Annual Incentive Program) and MAIP (Managers Annual Incentive Program)
-Organize Quarterly Performance Review Meetings (QPRs) in order to compare the estimated outcomes versus the actual results achieved.
Servicing Integration :-
* Responsible for the creation, execution, and recording of assignment packages for default loans and sending them to the county for attestation.
* Deals with referring to various documents like Funding Transmittal, Borrower Certification, etc. to ensure the mailing address of a customer is entered correctly in Wells Fargo's database to ensure the correspondence from the bank reaches the customer on a timely manner.
* Responsible for learning the complete process (in not less than a month)
* Timely reporting on the work progress, data and issues (if any) to, thereby creating a rapport and a healthy environment for all to work.
* Lead the audit process by liaising with the audit team on a daily basis and ensuring that the quality meets the set standards.
* Being a SPOC for the team, facilitate in preparing & generating various reports (BOD, EOD, Quality Reports) to the Management & to the US Counterparts.
* Act as a point of escalation in dealing with procurement issues that are difficult to resolve.
Institutional Lending Correspondance :-
* Analyzing and segregating various complex images of customer's home loan mortgage documents.
* Deals with referring to various documents like Credit Report, Credit Score Disclosure, Borrower Certification, etc.
* Differentiating between critical and non-critical documents as per business partners.
* Indexing accurately, making sure there is no need for re-indexing by other department which involves cost.
* Act as a mentor and training resource for newer or junior staff.
* Monitoring the inventory very closely to meet the SLA.
* Assisting & Co-operating with Hyderabad team for smooth flow of work.
* Achieving the 100% quality by pacing the rate per hour (RPH) in terms of production and providing the business coverage.
* Research and resolve document questions and issues as identified by external and internal business partners.
