• Participate in testing of hardware as well as software testing.
• Participate in requirement analysis for manual.
• Participate in testing of bottle inspection machine.
• Setup the test environment as per the product requirements.
• Test cases preparation and execution by adopting best practices/methodologies, platforms.
• Estimation and timely execution of test scenarios to break the code.
• Perform test cases review of junior testing engineers / team members for testing the product
for its adherence, robustness, reliability and performance.
• Assist, oversee and mentor junior testing engineers / team members technically to meet
the schedule and ensure the completeness of testing.
• Analyze the impact of requirement changes on testing.
• Assist the development team in creating the defect free code, delivery of module
/application and prepare release notes.
• Strict adherence to the documentation requirements.
• Ability to re-produce the defects in a simulated or integrated environment.
• Collaborate with development team to explain the defects.
• Contribute to the testing process improvement
• Experienced validation & Test Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the automation projects.
• Skilled in Distributed control system (DCS), Programmable Logic Control (PLC), SCADA, HMI, Electrical Auto-CAD, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Field Instrumentation knowledge for Flow meters, pressure & temperature transmitters, control valves etc.
• Strong engineering professional with a Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good Knowledge of field instrumentation and industrial protocols like Modbus, HART, UART, Profibus, and Fieldbus.
• Have worked onsite with direct clients in India and sent weekly status reports to client with prompt communication.
• Able to work on multiple projects within an aggressive and demanding project schedule and environment.
• Highly motivated & conceptually strong individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handling and developing of HMI screens as per the project requirements.
• Development of control philosophy or functional specification, development of logic diagrams and process control strategies, development of the data base, listing and tagging of I/O signals etc.
• Provide and supply the equipment’s and hardware specifications required in the process of programming.
• Fixing troubleshoot problems in the systems as per the project requirements.
• Support to the development of SCADA screen display, trends etc.
• Conducting training on industrial automation products such as PLC, HMI and Drives etc for the clients.
• Provide application and service support for automation and industrial control equipment,
Developing solutions for complex manufacturing operations.
• Testing activities such as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
• Developed system architecture, Design H/W typical, developed flow and schematic diagrams.
• Design H/W drawing for various cabinet such as network, server, system, marshalling.
