Raise materials requisition, material movement, inventory control like minimum stock level finalization, inventory tracking, discrepancy reporting preparation of good receipts notes and material return notes related to the stock.

Preparation of Monthly and Weekly Material Control Sheets and reports.

Preparation of Gate passes for outgoing items from site.
Updating details of PPE items issued to workers.
Distribution of Material (direct to use).
Controls the receipt and issue of all times (Fixed Assets, Inventory, Expenses etc) at store on-site.
•Preparing, maintain and submit the relevant documents/records such as MRV’s, MIV’s and TV’setc manually and systematically.
•Ensure the preparation of periodic reports of Fixed Assets, Inventory and submitting the same to supervisor.
•Ensure the preparation of material and service requisitions, if and when required.
•Ensures all calibration tools and equipment are fit for use on site and coordinate with the
