 Issuing daily use tools and material from store to site.
 Coordinate with Senior Storekeeper to receive the new material.
 Preparation of MIV & Stock Cards.
 Stacking of received material according to ITEM CODES.
 Monitoring removal of rubbish from site.
 Preparation of Gate passes for outgoing items from site.
 Updating details of PPE items issued to workers.
 Distribution of Material (direct to use).

Controls the receipt and issue of all times (Fixed Assets, Inventory, Expenses etc) at store on-site.
•Preparing, maintain and submit the relevant documents/records such as MRV’s, MIV’s and TV’setc manually and systematically.
•Ensure the preparation of periodic reports of Fixed Assets, Inventory and submitting the same to supervisor.
•Ensure the preparation of material and service requisitions, if and when required.
•Ensures all calibration tools and equipment are fit for use on site and coordinate with the
