Management Reporting & Cost Analysis
•Network Cost Analysis-Monthly review of PAN India Network cost & identifying opportunities for cost reduction/optimization.
•Site wise cost analysis.
•Preparation of Network cost deck for Management review (CTO & CFO) on monthly basis-Analysis of Current month Network cost Vs. Last month cost Vs. Annual budget plan.
•Tracking/review of EBIDTA based Network cost saving initiatives-Review of saving targets given by user team & monthly review of saving realization. Provided analysis report to Management for decision making on monthly basis.
•Co-ordination with different stake holders-For accurate network cost booking-with Shared services & circles, for revision of agreements -with Supply Chain & Network Team.
•Review of projected Network cost on monthly basis.
•Review of open PO-Extraction of Open PO report from SAP & review of open PO on monthly basis. Follow up with SCM & Network team for their timely closure.
•Validation of Prepaid & Postpaid products to be launch to decide how much revenue will book as VAS revenue for the product.
•Analysis of Capex & Opex advances on monthly basis.
•Issue Revenue accounting guidelines to Shared services & circles.
•Business Planning
•Investment optimization-
•Monthly review of Capital budget approved by Management for Sites to be roll out, Core expansion, IN/VAS, Fiber, Regulatory compliance etc.
•Tracking of overall capex budget given by Management, Project wise budget approval & PO issuance against each & every project and how much capex budget is left on monthly basis. Capex analysis report provided to Management (CEO) for decision making.
•Follow up & discuss with Network & SCM team for budget release back in case of any project scrap/deferred or short closed.
•Co-ordination with Network team & reporting to Management for Nos. of sites approved and monthly actual sites roll out.
•Assistance in preparation of PAN India network cost operating budget plan.
•Projects-
•Assisted in physical verification of fixed asset for compliance of statutory audit.
•Analytical verification of fixed Assets in guidance of PWC Malaysia.
•Preparation of Business case policy.
Financial Analysis at monthly closing of books, Analysis of Capital Investment of company, Investment Optimization .Provide various reports to management for decision making.
Working knowledge of SAP.
•Proficient in the use of MS-Office etc.
