This company is basically in collection, I had to handle inventory as per their priority and due amount, making daily collection reports, setting monthly targets for employees, providing information to managers of daily collections, informing clients for their responsibility and write-off and covered amount by insurance company.
Joined as Customer Service Executive and got a movement to MIS team through IJP, had to set KRA for team members and setting objectives for individual team, report directly to Managers and team leaders of the process as per their daily requirement, reporting regarding the team score to management, maintaining data regarding process
