-Identify market opportunities for current and future real estate locations by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing locations, qualitative and quantitative analysts.
-Develop a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors data.
-Clearly identified and outlined all competitors across Canada.
-Solely responsible for all of Taco Bell units Market Analysis in Canada for over 20 franchises where I created statistical analysis using SPSS, mapped potential areas of development using ArcGIS/MapInfo, and other softwares then presented my findings in a clear manner to the director of the company using Excel and PowerPoint Reports/Presentations.
Collect data from research groups to enhance marketable value and increase positive feedback for analysts.
-Conduct research on a range of topics including innovative best practices in planning policy, guidelines, standards, client behavior, and KPI's.
-In addition to analysis, I measure the performance of every Taco Bell Unit across Canada against a set of KPI’s.
-To ensure compliance to Taco Bell's policy, trend monitoring, budget preparation and performance reporting were also solely my responsibility.
coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, introductory meetings, sales presentations, agreement of franchisee terms, contract negotiations, planning and implementation.
