-Handling escalated calls & issues for General Customer Service & Check free representatives with all aspects of the Online Banking and Telephone Banking Bank Services.
-As a customer service representative I provided direct response to inbound calls from bank customers, providing account information, resolve disputes, fulfill research requests, opened new accounts and provided detailed information about bank products and services.
-Create an exceptional client experience by proactively engaging with clients to understand and meet their immediate day to day banking needs.
