Perform conceptual, detailed design of Offshore structures ( Jackets, Piles, Decks, Topside Modules, …etc), deck lifting analysis,
Identify & specify the materials & welding standards as applicable for the design. Prepare weight control report & material take-off. Interface with clients and coordinate with other disciple (Piping, Equipment, E&I etc.)
Committed to schedule of release of drawings, quality standards
Responsible for generating the quality standards and improvement initiative of the drawings
Keeping tracks of work assigned to the draughtsmen
Preparation of arrangement & fabrication drawings, design Reports and Specifications.
Checking of Fabrication Drawings, Nesting sheets, pipe profiles etc.
Checking of MTO, Produce, organize and coordinate the production of structural analysis reports & specifications
Co-ordination with outside parties, classification societies, customers etc.
Conversant to (NORSOK, API-RP-2A, API-2B, AWS D1.1, EEMUA-158).Standards
Handled Detailers team (per BS) - Industrial Structures encompassing teams detailers for execution of structural detailing jobs.
