I provide customers’ safety and comfort. I make all of my customers happy with my exceptional service, personal touch and smile.
I planned the marketing strategy for the product in beauty line. I supervised my team who were ABAC student for the direct sell and supported them. I contacted suppliers to invest their products with the company . I did direct sell marketing and event market inside the university.
Prepared the document for account executive to present to the customers.
Provided customers for the basic information, some promotion or package of advertisement and if they are interested then made the appointment for the account executive to meet them for face-to-face presentation.
I sold the media market package and collected the customers information by phone if the number was correct and to whom to contact directly and then keyed those information into the company's database.
These practiced me about self-confidence, talking like a speech and solving the problems.
I learned about the basic course of cabin crew which made me understand and had an idea about Airlines Industry, Customer Relation, Difficulty Passenger, Customer Service and Cross Culture before I became cabin crew.
