Job responsibilities include:
Initial consultation
- Attend client meetings together with the team.
- Discussed scope of work.
- Determine goals for the project.
Inquiries
- Site visits of existing space.
- Site measurements.
- Site photographs.
- Inquire for As-Built AutoCAD drawings.
Concept Designing
- Preparing concept design based on reference images similar to client’s requirement and/or based on what client actually needs.
3D Visuals
- Preparing rendered 3D.
- Design proposals.
- Mood boards.
- Sample boards.
Authority Approval Drawings
- Preparing shop drawings for authority approvals to get work permit.
Furniture Designing
- Designing furniture based on clients requirements.
- Designing furniture for proposal.
Joinery Detailing
- Preparing joinery drawing for approval.
- Preparing joinery drawings for production.
Graphic Designing
- Made company profiles, advertisement stand, and newsletters.
- Had a hand in our company website design layout.
Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation team to develop a detail commercial proposal.
- Coordinate with site engineers for the on-going project/s
- Coordinate with client representative/s for project proceedings.
Studying Interior Design was a great experience. I had presented a Thesis proposal for Healthcare Design that focuses on "Positive Distractions in Physical Environment". We also did a showroom in a well-known mall with a "4 Seasons Theme Designs". Mine was "Winter Elegance Bathroom Suite".
