My role in this non profitable organization involved
supporting children with severe learning disabilities in
engaging with physical activities. This experience
strengthened my ability to work as part of a team, as it
required consistent collaboration, adaptability, and effective
communication with fellow coaches to manage challenging
situations and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

This opportunity allowed me to gain first-hand experience in
a professional work environment. During my month-long
placement, I was responsible for tasks similar to those of
full-time employees, including organizing website listings
using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
