• Highly responsible for the management and control of all data both soft and hard copy received from the client and all the Contractors, and to ensure easy & quick retrieval of Documents/information.
• In-charge of all operational documents for the project.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and with minimum supervision.
• Develop and manage the Project Documentation through MS Access, EDMS (Internet Based Documentation System), Including the procedures, statistics and appropriate archiving such that all relevant documentation produced during the project life can be readily and efficiently recorded, distributed, tracked and retrieved at all times.
• In-charge of documentation numbering, procedure and system of the project.
• Archive all documents/drawings/plans etc. after the completion of projects.
• Review administrative works & full corporate correspondence on behalf of the company.
• Responsible for Documentations, Advertisements, Inter-memos, letters, & etc.
• Maintains and established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, and project requirements.
• Generates electronic / hard copy reports as needed by the project or management Handles schedule of meetings & appointments of the Project Management team.

• In-charge of the routing and ensuring the flow of documents to the appropriate line-up Engineers for preparation, processing and filing.
• Registering of Internal and external documents.
• Maintenance of controlled documents registers.
• Sending of Drawing Transmittals and Submittals.
• Ensuring that the drawing transmittals are acknowledged in case there is a dispute on whether the drawings were transmitted.
• Performs various clerical and administrative duties.
• Answers clients inquiries and liaised between clients and the different departments;
• Performs other job responsibilities as directed by the Sr. Project Manager
• Handling Staff/Project Manager’s Requests, Schedules and Appointments.
• In-charge of Project Documents and Daily Correspondence of the project.
• Technically inclined and proficient in Office Skills: MS Office/Telephone Handling.
• Proficient in Aconex System and Documentation (Maintains Registry, Hyperlink).
