To ensure that all Plans are available i.e. Discharging scan plan, Priority
Scan plan, loading scan plan, bay plan, ship discharging plan, ship loading
Plan, Tally sheet, check MDT, Radio.
During operation i.e. during discharging and loading of containers to deal with gantry crane operator, supervisor, planner, dispatcher, tally clerk, lashers and dowelman
Record all the moves in the crane log and delays in the delay form.
