January 2006. Ethane Pipeline. Responsible for all activities in Construction, Pipeline Installations, Stations Constructions. From Ras Laffan Industrial City to Mesaieed Industrial City. 120 km, 20”.
• Review the inspection reports and conduct fitness for service using various codes and recommended practices (ASME B 31G. DNV RPF 101, SHELL 92) to advise on integrity status and required actions to ensure safe operations of the pipelines (Installation of clamps, pipeline repair, further inspection, hydrostatic testing, etc.)
• Manages contracts for the Remnant Life assessment (RLA) studies and other studies related to pipeline integrity as required.
June 2005. Responsible for all activities in Construction of stations A1-A2-V in Ras Laffan-Mesaieed Sweet Gas Pipeline 36”, 120km. (RMSGP).

Responsible for executing the construction of a 36”, 33 Km. “Asapo Gas Pipeline” Loop, between Guico and Dacion Stations. The Project also included the construction of a new Receiving-Transferring Trap station and it was implemented through a combination of lump sum, unit price and reimbursable contracts, involving more than 40.000 man-hours and a capital budget of Bs. 3, 000 million. (USD 120 Millions)

1984 - 1985. Workover Engineer for 15 wells with low or no production. Responsible for engineering in the execution of field work. Responsible for sand cementing, perforations, gravel pack, packers and iron plugs setting and completion operations, managing workers and supervising 8 hr. crews 21 x 7 days. No accidents reported. Total investment - Bs. 315 million. (USD 12.6 Millions)
