Scope: Sub & Super structure, Finishes & MEP (Incl. ID), Landscape, Road and Infrastructure works and
Utility Plot.
DAEP - Support Facilities for PTB Expansion Al Maktoum Airport (AED 52 M): Airfield, Airline Support
buildings and Infrastructure works for Southside AMIA.
Scope: Support Facilities for PTB Expansion project including FM Administration & RFSS Main Station
Expansion, AFL & AFC Workshop Expansion, Buffer Store, Fire Training Garage & Facility, etc & Utility
Networks to facilitate the above works
Scope: Sub & Super structure (incl steel str.), Finishes & MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure works
DAEP - Al Maktoum Airport Infrastructure Works (AED 630 M): Airfield and Infrastructure works for
Southside AMIA
Scope: Runway/Taxiways, Infrastructure Works with wet & dry underground services, 400 Hz network,
Airfield Lighting, Pre-conditioning Air, VDGS and ECP poles with services, Jet Fuel Pipe Installation Jet
Blast Fence, Pavement and Signage, Hardscape Works, Substation Civil Works.
EMIRATES AIRLINES - Flight Training Facility, Al Maktoum Airport (AED 120 M):
Scope: Runway/Taxiways, Infrastructure Works with wet & dry underground services, 400 Hz network,
Airfield Lighting, Pre-conditioning Air, VDGS and ECP poles with services, Jet Fuel Pipe Installation Jet
Blast Fence, Pavement and Signage, Hardscape Works, Substation Civil Works.
ALDAR - West Yas Development - Infrastructure Works (AED 604 M):
Scope: All Infrastructure works including Earthworks, Civil works, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine (Quay
Wall), Pontoon, Hardscape/Landscape, Roadwork’s and Tie-in connections.
Job Description:
Project planning, preparing baselines with resource loading & cost loading under specialized planning team.
Prospective Project Scheduling/EOT Programs.
To assure the achievement of the project objectives within the scheduled time with appropriate human,
financial and technical resources.
Developing the project progress measurement method and structure.
Preparing micro program for the construction team & monitoring.
Preparing progress report and corresponding progress sheets to analyze the status of the project.
Preparing weekly presentations for the client to update the progress on site.
Preparing planned quantity and progress need to be achieved from site and submitting it to the Project
Control Manager.
Reviewing Sub-contractor’s submission’s including manpower, daily reports, histogram, s-curves, drawings
and procurement reports.
Preparing weekly reports, monthly reports, recovery plans and helping in claims related works by preparing
program comparisons and analysis.
