Implement proper ventilation and highly acceptable treating of contaminated discharge gas of building kitchen, restaurants and indoor parking.

Duties:
• Provide proper design of ventilation and ecology system, both layout and air flow calculation.
• Project monitoring.
• Attend client meeting and coordination to the main contractor.
• Control and maintain the design standards for the projects.
• Provides technical analysis for every design issues.

Focus on HVAC works for new constructed buildings and existing buildings. Responsible of designing, material cost, labor cost and project implementing and timescale.

Duties:
• Provides load calculation & HVAC layout.
• Provides individually designed for retrofitting older buildings.
• Using computer-assisted engineering and design software.
• Project cost estimate.
• Project preparation & implementation.
• Attending site meeting and writing progress report for project manager and clients.
• Provides section details for duct fabrication and installation.
• Control and maintain the design standards for the projects.
• Provides technical analysis for every design issues.

Focus on maintenance and supervising of facility and utility equipments, at the same time involved in process, design and modification of production machine to comply client product request.

Duties:
• Organized routine servicing schedules for facility & utility equipments including tinting machines.
• Involves in both planning and design for additional machine in the production.
• Provide technical analysis for possible modification of existing machines in the production.
• Organized and control a work force of specialized, technical, skilled, semiskilled and unskilled workforce.

Gain valuable technical experience in the fields of mechanical through providing services of the different type of machines and equipments in different company. Insure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.

Duties:

• Coordinating client in planning and undertaking maintenance schedule.
• Responding to breakdown and conduct machine / equipment trouble shooting and finding accurate solutions.
• Plot and study maintenance schedule to make sure that it will not affect the target of production.
• Creating maintenance procedures.
• Perform planning and managing project site activities.
• Preparing Operation & Maintenance Manual.
• Preparing Methodology in each and every assign project.
• Preparing material breakdown in each and every assign maintenance project.
• Monitoring machine / equipment maintenance history.
• Preparing BOQ’s and quotation.
• Attend site meeting with client.
• Prepare progress and technical report and submit to client for approval.
• Prepare bill and submit invoice.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting with project supervisors, technicians and helpers.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
