# Monitored and supervised all activity at site civil, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure it meets contract obligation, and support sub-contractor in fieldwork efforts.

# Supervision of works as per approved shop drawings and Etihad Railway standards. Control and coordinate day to day activities at site with the foreman.
# Organize the job steps/time scale. Discuss all safety precautions required. Discuss the relevant life protection rules with work force
# Prepare accurate Daily Reports of the site activities including information on Work done, Machinery, Manpower and Material Used.
#Raise IR for the day-to-day activities done at site. Follow up IR with the consultant inspector for all the activities done at site.
# Assist Construction Manager in matters related to Authority like NOCs submissions and final inspections.
# Identify any potential Hazards. Identify and discuss Individual and group responsibilities
Identify access route for vehicles. Identify wind direction & safe position of crews & equipment's.
# Ensure that work force understand the hazards & Precautions. Ensure that all the workforce members
have the required PPE. Ensure that right tools are in place.
# Check certificates and color code of lifting Equipment. Identify and check means of communications

•Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring the Site fabrication & Erection of Boiler non-pressure parts, ESP & BOP components of thermal power plant.
• Responsibilities will include planning, Supervision of Fabrication and Erection of Boiler, ESP and Fuel handling system structures; monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Making observations and taking measurements from drawings.
• Segregation of materials according to the specification and also to the requirements of the project carried out.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant; site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site; ensuring that regulations are adhered to;
• Supervision of work in work shop and Co-ordination with client regarding progress and issues involved during the project.
• Developing and Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan; Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly Progress Reports.
• Monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reports to the project managers/customers.
• Providing technical information to Fabricators on changing customer needs, competitive information, drawing revision/Updating.
• Support/lead implementation of quality tools and systems and established practices and standards to the fabricators.
• Verifying the bills for correctness and accuracy; coordinating inter-departmental billing operations and maintaining a record of the same.
