1. Execute all type of civil works (RC foundations, Grade beams, Columns, Core walls, Water tanks, Roof slabs, Block work, Plastering and other finishing works) in commercial and residential buildings
2. Inspect all the works and get approval from consultant.
3. Correspondence & Co-ordination with Clients & Consultants.
4. Prepare bill of quantities & checking the sub contractor’s bills.
5. Deputation of Manpower.
6. Setting out of layouts.
7. Quality control of concrete works & all civil works
The main objective of this course is to proceed towards a sustainable management of land and water resources through planning, development and utilization with consideration to technical, environmental, Socio-economic and institutional factors.
