JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implementation of Company Health and Safety Policy. ADEHSMS Code of practices and
regulations
* Hazard identification and employees are aware of legal obligations & recommended
code of practice.
* Promoting and encouraging employees to form positive health and safety culture by
giving monthly safety awards.
* Inspection of Power tools, House Keeping, unsafe condition, unsafe act, welfare
facilities.
* Co-ordination with site team on daily safety walks and to alert the management about
areas of concern.
* Continuous monitoring on site to ensure performance of field work and man power with
all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other pertinent
policies.
* Prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance measurement reports.
* Responsible for Client & Consultant correspondence for daily base issues and close out
of safety observations/violations.

* Investigating incidents (accidents, near-miss, danger occurrences) and preparation of

* Carryout accident/incident/near miss reporting and investigation
* Ensure that suitable and sufficient welfare facilities are in place.
* Inspection of Power tools, Plant & Equipment, unsafe condition, unsafe act, Material
yards.
* Providing necessary training/drill practice for employees, staff as per the construction
operations requirement
* Carry out risk assessment for all activities and arranging for the provision of appropriate
personal protective equipment’s (PPE) base on risk assessment.
