Managed team of 15+ to identify strategies (including sales, campaign management & execution and marketing content planning) for all LC Waikiki international e commerce websites plus market places.
•Defined the key performance indicators of our online sales channel (differentiated by all regions and Market places) for business planning, content strategy and project development
•Delivered analytics reports on a regular basis with clear specific KPIs to track and enhance performance and manage all online activity in relation to website traffic, customer acquisition, conversion and retention, performance testing and reporting
•Supported sales, marketing and customer service teams to engage with customers to optimise conversion of all online traffic, working in collaboration with the marketing team, create frameworks to transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms
•Worked closely with the web merchandising team to ensure accurate product data, sales focused content and a continuously improving user experience for customers.
•Proposed online marketing campaigns to drive new visitors to the website. Managed 3 rd party agency processes and measure the success of marketing activity and feed in recommendations for how they can be enhanced.
•Managed special projects for customer needs. Main successful projects: Banner Standardization & Brandbook projects with creative team, UX Design (Lay out projects) with digital product team and product strategy projects with merchandising team.
