Working actively in Testra - DXP project. I am responsible for functional test, requirement analysis and defect management as a lead software test engineer. This is very integrated project and I have both frontend and backend test experience as a lead test engineer. I am now actively working on scrum
teams and I have experience with Application lifecycle management (ALM), REST APIs testing, SQL, and also actively using Postman, Jmeter, Kafka. Due to my lead responsibility in the team I am the one who is creating and organizing the test plans and executions in the scope of each sprint. With my solid QA background, I am preparing test reports, manual testing methods. Also I am the one who is providing technical mentorship and training for new peers.
Also, working actively in customer projects like AMX Colombia / TAG Slovenia-Serbia Telco CRM project. I am responsible for functional test, requirement analysis and defect management as a lead software test engineer. Also I got responsibility on Triage Team and effectively worked on to decrease number of defects according to the SLAs.

plans and deriving test cases on agile perspective.
• Developing test scenarios and field deployment scenarios to validate the product as per the
requirements and quality standards.
• Planning, developing and executing manual system test plans, including system, robustness,
stability, scalability, reliability, stress and performance measures.
• Participate in defect analysis, defect slip and root cause evaluation, study the customer /
product functionality impact, suggest work around methods for the observed defect.
• Hands on Experience in Functional Testing, System Testing and Manual Testing on MS
Dynamics 2011/ 2013 / 2015/ 2016 / 365
• Extensive work on designing Test Cases (both functional and integration)
• Expertise in Microsoft Test Manager Tool (MTM)
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with test management & defect-tracking systems (MHWEB, Jira, Bugzilla)
• Understanding of SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML, JSON
• Experience with SOAP, REST web-services
• Have knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL
• Expertise in software development methodologies like Agile methodology, Waterfall model &
