PRIMARY FUNCTION:
SURVEY WORKS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Site Investigation and familiarization
1. To establish, maintain survey bench marks, carry out initial survey and survey activities during construction.
2. Detect the area for existing structures, underground or above ground, located within or adjacent to the construction area or which might clash or cross with new structures or service lines.
3. Carry-out survey in precise manner in order to provide reliable basis for further construction service and control functions during construction.
4. Obtain original survey report and associated maps and charts distribution.
5. Identify client provided bench mark and locations.
6. Obtain any permission or permits that maybe required and advice by the client as appropriate.
7. Check equipment for correct type, good condition and within calibration requirement as applicable.
Present Instrument used:
• Total Stations with tripod and complete accessories
• Level with tripod
• GPS
• Steel bond chain
• Stadia Rod
8. Carry-out detailed surveying datas (Dimension and elevations).
• Location lay-outs
• As-built reports and final documentations
9. Prepare as-built maps and survey drawings.
SECONDARY FUNCTION:
CIVIL WORKS SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise in all civil works in inside and outside plant.
2. Monitor and inspect the excavation and trenching for the flowline routes.
3. Prepare daily work accomplishment reports including man power and equipment lists.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carry-out detailed datas and records of the materials required and installed based on the scope of work .
2. Prepare tabulated reports for the data gathered based on the calculations as to the quantity of the materials by it’s volume, sizes and weights.
1. Established political boundaries in the entire municipality.
2. Gathering survey data's from the land and properties of private individuals and local residents.
3. Prepare survey maps and charts as bases for assessment and taxation purposes.
1. Lead the survey team for survey works in the construction of Dams for National Irrigation Projects in the province of Bohol.
2. Prepare construction survey reports and related drawings.
1. Assigned as survey instrument man to perform lay outs and established line markers for the construction of farm to market roads in selected Municipalities of the Province of Bohol. (Funded by Australian Agency for International Development-AUSAID)
1. Handle and operate the survey instruments in conducting land survey works as per client request.
2. Established land boundary monuments.
3. Prepare sketch plans and maps as requested by the client.
1. Assigned to operate the survey instrument during the construction and repair of Tagbilaran City drainage system.
• Layout for the drainage system routes.
• Monitor the construction activities with constant check as to the design elevations.
2. Prepare as-built drawings for the project and provide survey reports and datas.
3. Execute and conduct isolated land surveys as per client request.
• Private land subdivision survey.
• Relocation Survey.
1. Prepare complete survey returns for isolated land surveys.
2. Examine and verify all survey computation and datas.
3. Comply all supporting documents as may be required.

1. Prepare survey plans based on the gathered survey datas.
2. Comply all supporting documents relative to the survey executed.
3. In-charge in the processing of all survey returns for the approval at the regional office.
