Conduct community-based training of TESDA qualifications: Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM NC II and EIM NC III).
It covers the following:
• Developing the Training Program
o Perform job analysis
o Design the training program
• Organizing the Training Delivery
o Prepare training delivery guide
o Prepare instructional materials
o Prepare the training facilities and resources
• Delivering the Training Program
o Conduct training orientation/induction activity
o Facilitate the learning sessions
o Assess student performance
• Reviewing the Training Program
o Evaluate the training program
o Enhance the training program
Support the Client (MYANMAR) Ministry of Education, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labor, Industry and Population, and teachers at participating GTHSs and ITCs in developing new/improved competency-based TVET programs. This will include:
Provide technical and supervisory inputs to initiatives outlined in Project Administration Manual section1B for activity areas:
o 3A1 on Skill Standards;
o 3A2 on Competency-based Module Short Course (CBMSC) curriculum development
o 3A3 on Skill Assessment;
o 3A4 on Teacher Capacity Development;
o 3A5 on Training Materials and Resources Preparation and Costing
Provide related inputs to other activity areas as needed.
Support the After-Market Service Operations (AMSO) of Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Units, Sales and Marketing of Consumer Support Group (CSG), CIC Business Partner’s (BP) Service Centers and Product Distributors by designing and developing the customized and latest technology-driven competency-based technical curriculum.
This includes:
• Conduct technical assessment to all applicants of CCAC BP Air Conditioning Technicians nationwide.
• Conduct technical upgrading training to all CCAC BP Air Conditioning Technicians nationwide.
• Provide technical and supervisory inputs to all CCAC BP Air Conditioning Technicians during surveying, installation, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Conduct technical product presentation to all CCAC Distributors nationwide. • Spearhead the design and development of the Proposed Ignite Concepcion University Residential and Light Commercial (RLC) Competency-based Curriculum
• Conduct training and institutional assessment on TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM NC II and EIM NC III) and other related qualification.
• Revise the institutional Competency-Based Curriculum of Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
• Develop Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM) of Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II - Core Competencies
• Design, develop and conduct Customized Assessment and Training Program of Electrical Installation and Maintenance Trade Qualification for Holcim Cement Technician Scholar
• Design, develop and conduct Electrical Trade Customized Training and Assessment Program for Holcim Cement Technician Program Scholars
• Design, develop and conduct Electrical Trade Customized Assessment Program for Semirara Mining Corporation (Semirara Island, Antique) Engineering Maintenance Personnel.
• Conduct TESDA Level II Competency Assessment on Electrical Installation and Maintenance
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Gathers, consolidates and analyzes TNA results; and produces reports based on assessment
• Develop and design training curriculum and programs linking to the operational excellence of the company.
• Develop relevant instructional materials and assessment tools according to the technical skills, people skills, core values skills and system skills objectives of the company.
• Lead in facilitating training events in terms of sourcing and preparation of venue, logistics, training equipment, materials and tools.
• Design, develop and conduct Customized Assessment Program for Holcim B2B Technical Training in Electrical Trade at Holcim Bulacan Plant, Holcim Davao, Holcim La Union Plant and Holcim Luga-it Plant,
• Design, develop and conduct Customized Training Program for Holcim B2B Technical Training in Electrical Trade at Holcim Bulacan Plant, Holcim Davao, Holcim La Union Plant and Holcim Iligan Plant.
Training and Assessment Program Levels:
Level I: Assistant Electrician
Level II: Electrician
Level III: Supervisor
The Program is a Customized Skills Competency-based Module focusing on acquiring skills competencies on technical skills, people skills, core-values skills, and system skills.
• Conduct training on PETT Electrical Trade based on the Standards Association of Australia
Other Function: Electrical Maintenance Technician
• Repair, install and maintain electrical wiring and panel boards
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain the following machines: lathe machines, shapers, milling machines, drill presses/portable drills, portable/bench grinders, bandsaws, welding machines, and other machines and appliances.
• Conduct training and institutional assessment on National Manpower Youth Center (NMYC) Trade Skills Certification Courses in 3rd Building Wiring Installation and 3rd Class Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
• Maintain, repair and install marine cables, shipboard controllers, lighting systems, hydraulic drives, electrical devices and other related equipment.
• Perform related job as draftsman, magnetic compass technician, and refrigeration and air conditioning technician
• Protect and serve the Filipino people.
