Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
•Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
•Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
•Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
•Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
•Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
•Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
•Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
•Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
IT Infrastructure support:
•Install required NICs, access points, gateways, routers, switches etc.
•Install any drivers and software provided with the equipment.
•Create a peer-to-peer network for the specified PC’s and printers.
•Configure wireless security settings for wireless networks
•Setting up firewalls, Internet connection sharing, file and print sharing.
•To support both Windows server 2008/2012 and Windows SBS 2012
•Network troubleshooting, LAN/WAN Networking, system support and maintenance.
•To maintain the account of users including mailboxes, applications.
•To tackle the problem related to faxes and print servers.
•To deal with the security issues of the employers and the server
Enterprise Systems Planning and Integration
•Application Development and Support
•Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design and implement creative business and technology solutions for large clients across several key industries.
•Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results
•Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements
•Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
•Assist Finance, Operational, Maintenance and HR departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary
•Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.

PO (Purchase Order)
Item master creation, Indent, Purchase Orders, ROL, Quotations, Rate Contracts
