Customer Service is one of the most important aspect of any business.
As a Call center, I was responsible to deliver all the information regarding the vaccine for any customer.
As a Call back, I was responsible for the follow up on the companies applications to get the vaccine.
Wycon cosmetics, in store sales & customer communication.
Father & Son catering: Developing technical sheets for all the food prepared on a daily basis. As well as being a dietitian for every customer that needed it. Was in charge of food safety and quality control.
I had a six months Internship in Saint Georges Hospital Ajaltoun, which boosted my educational knowledge and clinical practice in the hospital, as involved working on:
- Real cases with patients.
- Renal and dialysis section, cardiology section, pediatric section, maternity section, ICU section, General Medicine section.
- Accomplishments and duties were case studies.
- Preparing compatible diets for every different patient with different disease.
- Follow ups on nutrition statements of all patients.
- Educational and nutrition consultancy.
