Hard landscape-External pavings, wall claddings and finishing works at Mushrif Central Park, Abudhabi.
Main works include granite and sandstone paving, mechanical external wall claddings, water feature finishes etc
All the related works like site planning, material distribution, manpower distribution etc.
Site order preparation and material tracking.
Raising work inspections.
Internal stone claddings and apartment interior stone finishing works at daman project -DIFC ( completed)
Main works included internal lift claddings, installation of kitchen counters and other stone finishes like thresholds, vanities, bathtub ledges etc inside apartments and flooring works.
Co-ordinate with engineers from client, consultant and main contractor side about planning of work and execution of the same.
Study co-ordinated shop drawings and identifying our scope of work.
Ensuring area clearance for the sub contractors working under.
Daily progress updating and checking installation status.
Ensure quality of work and co-ordinating foreman and labours.
Check invoices of sub contractors and help office staff to prepare interim payment invoices.
Multi storied building construction
Job involved:-
Co-ordinating with consultant on approved construction drawings and implementing on site.
Ensuring the target quantity of work is attained.
Co ordination of labours and foreman’s.
Ensure that required strength of concrete has been attained ( cube test)
Prepare steel details and ensure steel works are according to specifications.
