Main responsibilities:
Analyze projects data.
Offer consultations in production time reduction and improving plant efficiency.
Help in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S and MRP consultations.
- Implementation of Quality/Health and safety Procedures according to company policy.
- Visit on daily basis to different company mines and sites to assure that Company quality&HSE policy is well applied.
- Sampling of production batches and lots according to company quality policy and documentation according to ISO 9001.
- Follow and Control all quality/Health and safety activities inside company mines and different sites.
- Assure that requested samples of productions and other activities of research arrive on detected time without any kind of delaying.
- Report on Daily basis of stocks in different sites including status of sampling and production processes.
Bachelor Degree of Engineering, July 2012 Major: Chemical Engineering Last year Grade: (Distinction 86.3%) Ranked: 7th Statement of Graduation Project: A full process, plant design and troubleshooting for a water desalination plant using reverse osmosis to produce 3600 m3/day. The project was done in association with National Research Center and Baker Hughes Company.
