• Monitors and sends timely logs and data changes (e.g. Wrong Information, Incorrect Inputs, etc.) to the Elementary Principal and Assistant Principal for Report Card system.
• Troubleshoots Computer problems (e.g. Ink replacement, Network Connection, Log-in Failure, etc.) for all PC's in Elementary school.
• Prepares all MAP Tests (Math, Science, Reading, and Language) for all students from grades 3 to 5 and makes sure that all information is accurate.
• Troubleshoots technical issues during MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) and works with Assistant Principal and NWEA (Northwest Evaluation Association) Technical Support team to resolve issues.
• Prepare a movie slide for School's events (e.g. Bahrain National Day, Field Trips, etc.)
• Prepares computer equipment, as needed, during Teacher and management meetings and other special activities done in the school.
• Reports any network issues found (e.g. Internet down, erratic connection, etc.) to IT coordinator.
• Provides support for Teacher's technical issues with their personal equipment.
• Supports IT for any other tasks assigned and given.

**As Fixed Assets Organizer
• Responsible for all fixed assets in the Elementary Building.
• Keeps track of any fixed asset movement and informs coordinator about it.
• Keeps track of any shifting of the assets from one building to another.
