• Servicing the needs of the company’s existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for our distributors in my area.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to Managing Director of Middle east.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

I'm doing all the below activities in the whole middle east region from Libya to Iran:

• Searching for new clients who might benefit from Disano products or services and maximizing client potential in the middle east;
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• Preparing reports for head office;
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team (including our agents in the whole region).
