• Formulation and implementation of procurement policies.
• Maintaining appropriated records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit process.
• Maintaining current up to date procurement records.
• Preparation and follow up on all Purchase orders and Quotations.
• Monitor inventory levels and advise on stock trends and stock levels.
• Verification current inventory levels and keep records to prevent inventory gaps.
• Document verifications i.e. supplier invoices, checking prices, quantities to ensure accuracy and conformance.
• Note, register, forward and follow up on all procurement complaints to ensure full resolution.
• Prepare timely procurement reports as shall be required.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Conducting market research on products prices and products quality.
