- Brought in to overlook the new South Wing 5 Star+ All Suites property and build its Exposure into the market through Sales and Marketing. Worked very closely in supporting the 5 and 4 Star Properties, so a total of 3 properties.
- Overlooked and developed departments of Sales, Reservations, Revenue, PR and Marketing to building the success of the South Wing. Implemented and executed Business Plans, Rate Structure Budgets and Strategies. Supported and Completed Project Management tasks in the New Hotel both Completion of Property and Operation Teams. Worked closely with the Team to train them and present new packages and incentives.
- Large focus on the Royal Market, Financial and Government Sectors where in 18months we turned over 60mil Saudi Riyals in room revenue.
- Greatest achievement was Bank of Saudi Fransi where we gained 12mil SR in 4 months. The other was creating a new Royal Client Database for the South Wing. We also achieved Best Luxury New Hotel in the Middle East 2011.
- Developed e-commerce marketing and revenue channels.
- Created and implemented through our PR Team a new Social Media Booking Stream which accounted to 20% of our F&B revenue in the Local Market.
- Supported the Opening of a new Female Spa, first to the Riyadh Market in a mixed hotel environment.

- 488 rooms Ocean Front Resort, 16, 000’ft meeting space, 62, 000’ft event space, 5 restaurants, Spa, Water Park & much more with a Budget $48mil.
- Responsible for Key Accounts and sourcing new business and contracting. Covered mainly US, EU, UK & Caribbean markets. Wholesale market focus on increase in revenue streams. UK Wholesale was up to 40K room nights. Covered all Marketing for the US & UK regions.
- Covering Catering, Group & Convention Sales and overlooking Department and Rooms. Worked in Operations to ensure standards where met. Worked Closely with the F&B Director.
- 450+ weddings a year, 50+ Incentive Groups a year, Occupancy avg. 78%.
- Daily Selling of Rooms & Catering to Social, Wedding, Meeting etc. Developed and created a better local market share with our Local Team.
- Regional DOS is based in Florida so I represent on property, cover sites, sign contracts, travel on Sales trips internationally, entertain clients, service the groups etc.
- Conduct KPIs, Training, Disciplinary, Recruitment etc.
- Worked operationally too in F&B, Rooms, C&E and Leisure.
- Best achievement is Beverley Clarke Elite Wedding Award 2009 & 2010 for Excellence of our Weddings and Awarded Top 100 of the world’s best Resorts for Weddings. Also achieved 45K room nights through Virgin Holidays and Thomas Cook UK.
- Attend IMEX, EIBTM, WTM annually etc.
- Offered Asst Hotel Manager position but due to Local Government Regulations, Visa was not allowed.

- Set monthly Action Plans in order to drive sales and maximise revenue.
- Ensure training is carried out monthly to improve SALT Scores.
- During this Period I was sent to re-open 3 Hotels as Operations Director. All Trouble Shooting opportunities with emphasis on refurbishment, Hiring, Brand Standards etc.
- I also worked Part-time at the O2 Arena Coordinating and running events of up to 2500 cover banquets with stage productions and up to 180 catering staff under my section.
