Promote and manage CWC services: procurement support, staff development, change management & process review. Managed collaborative innovative project for sustainable manufactured housing.

Security & Justice Program ($900m projected), Program Office, Baghdad.

Programming/organising site work and setting-out engineers. Coordinating Design-Build pumping station.
Design and management of shuttering, falsework, scaffold and temporary works.
Liaison with specialists, subcontractors and client's representatives.
Site procurement of materials and plant.

£15m A406 North Circular Road, Barking, Essex.
£2.5m Hastings Hospital substructure.
Responsible for Section Foremen, Assistant Engineers and subcontractors. Management of the Section. Material orders. Liaise with Resident Engineers/specialists.
Coordinating sheet piled wall installation, bridge falsework (over road and river), placing pre-cast bridge beams over main railway lines.
Railway works in overnight railway 'possessions'. Planning, drawings and calculations for this work. Survey, technical report and remedial works following impact damage to a new bridge.
Work for both the above consultants included:
Site surveys,
Investigation and reports on condition of existing buildings;
Design and detailing;
Site supervision of building construction in reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber and masonry;
Design using computer analysis software.
