• Analyze progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) technique, and prepare monthly progress report.
• Schedule review based on the 4 weeks look ahead schedule and compare to physical progress.

• Perform cost analysis for construction activities and advise project management on cost overruns in a timely manner so the corrective actions can be taken.
a.) Prepare Monthly Cost Report and Cash Flow (IN/OUT) in tabular and graphical formats.
b.) Prepare Monthly Productivity Report based on budgeted man-hours against actual man-hours executed on site.
c.) Maintain, monitor control project budgets, through project controls system, and issue variance reports on monthly basis.
d.) Able to forecast completion costs based on trends including productivity measurements, labor & staff rate analyzes with labor & staff histogram, equipment rate analyzes, commitments status, schedule impacts and materials cost variance.
e.) Perform trend analysis and advise project management team of any deviations from budgets and recommend corrective actions.
f.) Perform cost analysis for construction activities and advise project management on cost over-runs in a timely manner so the corrective actions can be taken.
g.) Develop generic project cost estimates of resources and other expenses through discussion with functional leaders in timely manner.
h.) Liaise with Accounts Department to compare the cost allocation by cost control system and procedure.
i.) Reconcile all variances between budget, actual costs and revenue to facilitate accurate project profit forecast and timely identification / preparation of contractual claims.
j.) Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Project Manager.

a.) Quantity calculation of cost materials, equipment, labor to determine project feasibility.
b.) Responsible for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Accomplishment report in the project and also Contractor’s Monthly Payment Certificates.
c.) Liaised with design consultant and coordinated with the clients and executed the following projects at Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) and Ministry of Works and Housing (Bahrain).
d.) Prepare program of works to determine of which path is to be considered as critical path and knowing the sequence of all activity.
e.) Inspection project sites and monitor the progress of work to ensure the work has been executed conformance to design specification, safety and sanitations standards.
f.) Also prepare various shop drawings and incorporation for the approval of the consultant and documentation file for As Built Plan.
g.) Direct and participate in surveying to layout and establish reference points, grades, and elevations in order to guide the execution of work.
h.) Responsible for planning scheduling of works as per stated on the scope of works and arranged materials and manpower allocated on the particular activity.
a.) Estimates and prepares the Bill of Quantities (Manpower, Material and Equipment if necessary) for project take off.
b.) Bridge Quantity Calculation and assist Quantity Engineer in quantifying take-off and As-staked estimates.
c.) Overall responsible in Cost Data Monitoring to ensure works being undertaken are within the Budget of the approved Project Execution Plan (PEP).
d.) Responsible for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Accomplishment Report, together with the weekly variance report (Budget vs. Actual executed) and presented to PM, VP for construction, Engineering Managers and all Site Management.
e.) Responsible for the checking of Subcontractor Progress Billing and site inspections in order to justify the work if it is being done in accordance to the specification standards.
f.) Measure and quantify accomplishment on roadwork’s such as cut and fill volume, area of sub grade preparation, volume of sub base and base course, area of PCCP and total weight of Asphalt Concrete Overlay (Binder and Wearing Course) including lateral and cross drainage structures, slope protection structures and other miscellaneous structures.
g.) Measure and quantify accomplishment on slope protection structures and miscellaneous structures such as RC Retaining Walls, Stone Masonry, Gabions and other miscellaneous items.
a.) Prepare shop drawings which required during the execution of works.
b.) Prepare estimates based on plan and actual measurement as per client approval and request.
c.) Prepare sub-contractor progress billing and quotations.
d.) Inspection on sites and monitor progress accomplishment and ensure conformance to the design specifications and safety of the work.
