Responsible for proper handling and storage of materials spare parts & tool's of maintenance department. Received and checked all incoming delivery from local to imported/foreign delivery. Prepare & timely issuance of materials as per work order of maintenance personnel. Accurate & complete documentation of selected issued material. Conduct regular, monthly & yearly inventory to material stock versus on system procedures.
Supervises overall operation of the shift group in coordination with the other sub-units of warehouse. Responsible for the receipt, proper handling, stacking/storage of materials & timely issuance of non-Production & selected Engineering & machine to end-user; accurate & complete documentation of selected issued material. Determines possible problem areas at warehouse for improvement purposes. Oversees the operation of shift group is in accordance with approved procedures & guidelines. Develop and trains subordinates toward attaining better results. Operate forklift operation.
