➢ Deep water Experience:
❖ BP/DS-6 and Rash Petco/ NGT-1, DID, DS7 Operating & Maintaining HCB bulk tanks and supavac within a contingency
DWM system and vacuum network through the drill ship to achieve zero discharge while drilling OBM section.
❖ Working at the most important jobs to the company, selected to work at Mounto-1 (Deepwater, HPHT) with Sell, MOCHA1 (HPHT Well) with British Petroleum (BP), Dana Gas and Tariff Deep-1 (HPHT Well) with TOTAL, I have the full trust of my
managers.
❖ Rigging up and rigging down both solid control equipment and waste management equipment (Derrick Centrifuges "DE
1000 & DE 7200”, BRANDT Centrifuge"HS-1960", HI G Dryers, Screw Conveyors, SUPAVAC, HCB Tanks, Electric Pumps,
Wilden Pumps, WBM Tanks, and OBM Tanks)
❖ Troubleshoots equipment issues, performs equipment maintenance and orders equipment and supplies.
❖ Have an experience with both OBM and WBM, solid control “using a single unit” and barite recovery “using two units”
systems.
❖ Execute the BSS Project Plan.
❖ HSE requirements.
❖ Rig Site Communication.
❖ Understand rig safety procedures / requirements.
❖ Install commission, operate and repair centrifugal pump.
❖ Inst, com., opera and repair diaphragm pumps.
❖ Fill cuttings boxes / skips with cuttings.
❖ Operate air compressors.
❖ Operate generators.
❖ Determine suitability of hoses for specific applications.
❖ Install, Repair Decanting Centrifuge Unit.
