- Manage the operation and installation Team
- Prepare the plans for the department

Performing and providing all presales support needed for the installations & operations team including:
1 Site surveys.
2 Demonstrations.
3 Samples Installations.
4 Networks/Systems layout.

2. Providing projects management functions including:

1 Project planning according to sales orders.
2 Controlling production orders and deliveries.
3 Managing subcontractors.
4 Providing and controlling the installations of projects.
5. Planning all the financing for the project management.
6 Providing full coordination between different departments in the project implementation.
7 Responsibility of the final delivery to customers insuring that all the installations, testing, customers training are fully provided and that the customer is satisfied.
7 Following up with the customers during the warranty period to give the proper timely support.

3--- Providing all the work functions according to ISO
standards and procedures.
4- Coordinating and providing field tests, follow up for the new products according to the engineering testing schedule and giving the proper feedback on time to the engineering department.
