Job Description: ❖ Working in the office as document controller, and cable layer, assistant technician in the site, performing the functions according to instructions
❖ Receive service orders/ Dockets assigned to field technicians and update status on master file data sheet.
❖ Follow up with technicians on hourly basis for completion of service order dockets status and update in the CBCM ( Cooperate Building and Customer Management)
❖ Record measurements on master file for daily basis and circulate completion report, E-mail to Etisalat Supervisors.
❖ Maintaining data file for repeated Dockets and monitor validity of attended cases and record the activity of work with justification and prepare site diary for any new activity performed.
❖ Prepare store requirement on week basis and request to Etisalat Supervisors to issue SIV and arrange collection from etisalat stores.
❖ Close coordination with storekeeper for material collection /distribution to technician and maintain records and follow up.
❖ Making the monthly fuel summary for all vehicles under by company
❖ Checking the Kilometers of the technician vehicle before they going to the site
❖ Cross verify with technicians for measurements and ensure the accuracy in reporting and measurements.
❖ Record diary sheet on daily monthly and submit to Etisalat for further process and verification.
❖ Prepare invoice summary after verification from etisalat supervisor and submit invoice summary.
❖ Prepare store check list and submit to Etisalat for verification of materials on monthly basis.
❖ Any other work ordered by management.
❖ Taking up group cable installation and repair as well as single building requirements
❖ Regular monitoring of cable lines and accessories in order to spot problems and repair them
❖ Undertakes repairs, installation and maintenance work of the cables.
❖ Installing and repairing accessories like cable poles and lines
❖ Ensuring that the cables provide uninterrupted connectivity to the users
❖ Taking up repair works of the cables in case they get damaged
