Reports directly to E.S. & H. Manager and E.S. & H. Supervisor. Provide oversight and technical safety and health support to ID/IQ Projects. Performs risk assessment, provide recommendation and corrective action. Prepares and review Activity Hazard Analysis. Investigates mishaps and prepares reports to include recommendation for corrective action to prevent future occurrence of the mishap as per identified root cause and contributing factors. Provide safety and health technical support to annex managers and supervisor. Participate and act as technical adviser for After Action Review Board and Safety Committee. Develop site specific and conducts safe work procedure training and awareness courses. Assist construction manager in developing and implementing effective environmental, safety and health programs. Inspect and assess site that require work permit prior to start of work, issue required permit and conduct follow up inspection. Perform other task as required.

Identifies hazardous workplace conditions and takes preliminary samples and measurements of hazardous and toxic substances. Performs risk assessment and tabulate data for corrective action recommendation. Prepares and review Activity Hazard Analysis. Takes effective steps to ensure that workplace conditions comply with applicable federal, and DOD occupational safety and health standard, including provisions of any local labor agreement. Investigates, prepares, and forwards reports on injuries, accidents, illness and fatalities. Prepare and submit schematic of accident or incident investigation. Develop site specific and conducts safe work procedure training and awareness courses. Assist construction manager in developing and implementing effective environmental, safety and health programs. Inspect and assess excavation site and confined spaces prior to start of work, issue required permit and conduct follow up inspection. Perform other task as required.
Reports directly to ESH Supervisor, responsible to senior ESH supervisor and ESH Manager. Assist the ESH Manager in research, development and revision of ESH Policy Manual. Identifies hazardous workplace conditions and takes preliminary samples and measurements of hazardous and toxic substances. Performs risk assessment and tabulate data for corrective action recommendation. Review departmental Activity Hazard Analysis and assist departments head in preparation. Assist Functional Area manager and Supervisor in developing and implementing effective environmental, safety and health programs. Conduct unannounced and random inspection of job site, shop, warehouse, offices and facilities.
My duties are to perform daily inspection of construction in accordance with EM-385 and applicable 29 CFR 1926 requirements. Performs training as required to make sure that all personnel are aware and in compliance to safety and health regulation. Conduct mishap investigation, prepare and submits reports for the mishap investigation. Conduct risk assesment, provide coorective action and technical support to prevent any non compliance report from the client.
Conduct daily safety observation and inspection to Port and Harbor Operations, provide safety support to travel lift operation. conduct compliance trainings for Port and Harbor Services Personnel. Provide HSE services to clients as required, perform the duties of HSE Supervisor monitorng day to day activity of field safety officers, environmental coordinators and work permit controller in Qatif GOSP-1 Project, conduct HSE indoctrination and trainings as reuired by the Saudi ARAMCO HSE General Instruction. Review and evaluate risk assements report subitted by Inspector and coordinators, assist HSE Manager in conducting Accident Investigation.
Conducts daily safety observation and quality control inspection, prepare and submits daily quality production report to corporate QC/Safety Office and Safety evaluation report.
Conducts Facility Inspection for fire prevention, check fire suppression and protection system, observe fire suppresion and protection system testing. provide fire prevention indoctrination trainings. conducts assesments to new facilities and provide technical support to facility alteration and renovation making sure that it will be compiant.
