Responsible for shop drawings preparation.
Develops all needed shop drawings in coordination with supplier and clients requirements
Develops preliminary sketches or schematics, layout, detail, and drawings, including revisions.
Performing Site Inspection to assure that Construction Carried out as per Approved Drawings and Specifications.
Coordinating with site Engineer and assure the approval of Shop Drawings.
Implement Consultant Comments
Gathers all necessary information for development of the final design.
Ensures that all drafting works will be done in accordance with all the contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
Maintains systematic filing system of all approved drawings in soft and hard copies.
Prepares as-built drawings for each project. \
Preparing of Method Statements Drawing as per contractor information.
Solve Geometric and Trigonometric Problems to Accurately Complete Drawings.
Maintains records for all changes and updates on design drawings.
Maintains a computer log for all drawings and project files.
Creates designed ideas, models and prototypes, in preparation for drawings of Naval Forces Headquarters.
Prepares MEP, Road and Structural drawings and sections, cost analysis based on the drawings, engineering estimates and materials required as well as the labor involved.
Preparing BOQ Materials.
Makes As-built drawings based on red marked annotation from site and estimate rehabilitation buildings and new projects of NFSL.
Manages the engineering department for correct execution of drawings using Project CAD standards.
Makes site visit to ensure all installation are done based on approved drawings.
Attends coordination meeting with the project manager, clients and consultants. Responsible for the distribution and monitoring of all drawings issued to site
Prepares detailed drawings for Potable Water, Irrigation, Drainage and topographic drawings in Road Projects.
Coordinates with field surveyor for data processing and with other line agencies in the realization of proposed plans and programs.
Monitors all ongoing projects for the province under Albay Engineering District.
Prepares report on the individual monthly accomplishments of all ongoing projects to superiors.
