Introduce the project for local authorities in the targeted area and build up the local support committee.
•Coordinate with local NGOs and institutions needed for activities.
•Recruit, manage and train community volunteers.
•Facilitate needs assessment with support of the community volunteers' network in each community.
•Identify the needs of each community with the community volunteers to elaborate and implement the community plan of action.
•Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project implementation and analyze information extracted from the needs assessment, plan of action and implementation of activities.
•Prepare and organize activities pertaining to the project.
•Negotiate the type and costs of activities to be executed.
•Hold monthly meetings with the local support committee, and when needed.
•Supervise the volunteers' performance during the project implementation.
•Follow up with the focal point of community volunteers.
•Hold weekly meetings with the volunteers to share updates and progress of the project implementation
•Develop and maintain a community volunteers' database.
•Recruit and retain community volunteer throughout the project.
•Planning of PSS activities and procedures to be implemented in these activities.
•Conducting group activities with children and youth.
•Networking with the professional health community for case referrals.
•Performs initial screening and evaluation of individuals, groups and communities for vulnerability in relation to set criteria to assess and review their situation.
•Collaborates with members of the health team to assure individual and communities health psychosocial and socioeconomics needs are addressed wherever possible.
•Counsel's patients in individual and group sessions to help those overcome dependencies, recover from problems.
•Trainer PSS/PGI.
•Trainer PFA Organizing the intervention of the mobile teams
•Mapping the areas of intervention, and updating it according to the needs identified in the field.
•Defining the daily and weekly plans, based on the priorities of intervention and in close coordination with the mobile team (during the daily briefings and weekly meetings).
•Defining on a daily basis the sites covered / follow up / referral / visits / other tasks to be performed, in coordination with the team members.
•Collecting the data about the field activities and enter them in the dedicated databases.
•Ensuring individual files are well organized, tools are updated and properly filled. Working under Beirut Explosion:
